1. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
A confirmation email or message will be sent once your booking is successfully processed.
Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed.

2. Pricing

All package prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel price fluctuations, government taxes, hotel tariffs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Any additional costs not mentioned in the package inclusions will be borne by the customer.

3. Payment Policy

Advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins.
Payments can be made through approved online payment methods or bank transfer.

4. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and supplier policies.

5. Changes to Itinerary

Sky Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, or any unavoidable circumstances.
We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

6. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid:

Government-issued ID Proof
Required permits (if applicable)
Medical certificates (if required)

Failure to provide necessary documents may result in denied travel without refund.

7. Hotel & Transport

Hotels are provided based on package availability.
Similar-category hotels may be arranged if the selected hotel is unavailable.
Vehicle allocation depends on the number of travelers and package selected.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

Follow the tour schedule.
Respect local customs, traditions, and religious places.
Maintain proper behavior during the journey.
Take care of their personal belongings.

Sky Tour & Travels will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

9. Health & Safety

Travelers should ensure they are medically fit for the journey.
Pilgrimage destinations in Uttarakhand involve high-altitude travel and trekking in some locations.
Customers are advised to consult their doctor before undertaking the trip if they have any medical conditions.

10. Force Majeure

Sky Tour & Travels shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Landslides
Heavy rainfall
Road blockages
Government restrictions
Strikes
Pandemics
Political disturbances

11. Liability

We act only as a travel service provider and coordinator.
We are not liable for injuries, accidents, delays, loss of baggage, or any unforeseen events occurring during the tour.
Travelers are advised to obtain suitable travel and medical insurance before the journey.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, graphics, and website materials are the property of Sky Tour & Travels and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with unauthorized third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttarakhand.
