Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sky Tour & Travels, we strive to provide a smooth and hassle-free travel experience. We understand that travel plans may change, so please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking Cancellation
Customers may cancel their booking by contacting us via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

2. Cancellation Charges
The following cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation before the tour departure date:
- 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- 15 to 29 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- Less than 7 days before departure or No Show: No refund will be provided.
3. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable once confirmed:
- Helicopter Bookings
- Hotel Reservations (subject to hotel policies)
- Entry Tickets and Permits
- VIP Darshan Passes
- Government Fees
- Travel Insurance
- Any third-party booking charges
5. Tour Cancellation by Sky Tour & Travels
If Sky Tour & Travels cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Natural disasters
- Landslides
- Floods
- Heavy snowfall
- Government restrictions
- Road closures
- Pandemics
- Political unrest
we will either:
- Offer an alternative travel date, or
- Provide a refund for the refundable portion of your booking, after deducting any non-refundable charges paid to third-party suppliers.
6. Changes to Booking
If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us as early as possible.
Changes are subject to:
- Availability
- Hotel policies
- Transport availability
- Additional charges (if applicable)
7. No-Show Policy
If a traveler does not arrive at the scheduled departure time or fails to join the tour without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a No Show, and no refund will be issued.
8. Force Majeure
Sky Tour & Travels shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Adverse weather conditions
- Landslides
- Government regulations
- Strikes
- Political disturbances
- Road closures
- Pandemics
Refunds in such cases will be subject to the cancellation policies of hotels, transport providers, helicopter operators, and other service partners.
